Lost everything, do not recommend!

It all started off really well and I was very impressed......then it started losing information put in earlier that day and duplicating other appointments on the same day as a null appointment. If I needed to change what the clients services were, it wouldnt change the price, Id have to do it manually or delete and try again. Im annoyed as I paid for this and it has messed up everything! Ive now had to go back to a diary and pencil as this is more reliable and a lot less stressful!
